Louisiana Love Act is an ever evolving line up of world class musicians playing New Orleans inspired blues, rock & soul music. The group was founded by singer/songwriter Phillip Colombatto in New Orleans, Louisiana. After playing a string of shows together on the west coast in 2016 with Greg Anton, San Francisco bay area drummer of The Heart of Gold Band & Zero, the two began collaboration on a new record of songs written by Colombatto, Anton, and Grateful Dead/Zero lyricist Robert Hunter. The material features 4 piece horn arrangements composed by New Orleans saxophonist extraordinaire Jason Mingledorff, (veteran Louisiana Love Act collaborator known for his work with Papa Grows Funk and currently touring with St. Paul & the Broken Bones), Mike Rinta of Jimmy Vaughan's Tilt-A-Whirl band, and Jerry Vivino of CONAN's J.V. & the Basic Cable Band.

The line up on Sunday, September 10th 2017 at Bogie's in the Westlake Village Inn in Westlake Village, CA will feature musicians from the soon to be released, brand spankin' new Louisiana Love Act album including, but not limited to, the legendary Jimmy Vivino (Musical Director @CONAN/Levon Helm Band) on guitar and vocals, Pete Sears (Jefferson Starship/Hot Tuna) on bass Greg Anton (Zero) on drums, Phillip Colombatto (Sono~Mama) on vocals and guitar, Nelson Lunding on keys, & a blazing hot horn section led by Jerry Vivino on tenor sax, with New Zealand's legendary big band leader Rodger Fox on trombone, the explosive Jon Papenbrook (Buddy Rich Band) on trumpet, and more special guests! This will be a rockin' night of booty shakin' blues, rock, and soul music that you do not want to miss!

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Westlake Village Inn reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the event space will be charged to the Client.

Bogies will not assume any liability for theft or any other type of loss of personal property, which occurs prior to, during, or after your function.

As a licensee of the California State Liquor Commission, Bogies strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to the sales, consumption, and service of alcoholic beverages. In particular, sale to minors and intoxicated persons.

In the event of natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, or terrorist attack, any portion of the event that is booked in any outdoor area will be moved based on available space and at Bogies discretion.

ARRIVAL TIME: Set up times are available 1 hour prior to your guest invite time. Your space will be held up to 1 hour after your designated arrival time. Your space will be released without refund should you fail to arrive within 1 hour of your guest arrival time.

MINIMUM: You must meet your food and beverage minimum with all consumables purchased on one tab through your personal designated server. Menu selection and meal counts must be received 1 week prior to function date. No changes in meal counts will be accepted 72 hours prior to the event date. After your minimum has been met, you may order through your server with separate tabs. Gratuity is not included in your minimum.

GUEST LIST: Your event has been allotted a specific number of persons to be included on your complimentary guest list. Upon arrival, you and your guests must enter the VIP line and provide party name along with valid I.D. Once the guest list max has been reached, there will be a cover charge of $10 per person unless a hotel key is presented along with room number and name on hotel reservation. You may also provide a specific guest list with the names of those whom you wish to receive waived entry.

DRESS CODE: The club reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet dress code requirements. The following items will not be admitted; -T-shirts -Sports & Athletic Apparel -Sweatshirts & Sweatpants -Ill-fitting or Overly Rugged Clothing -Ball Caps -Flip flops -Sagging pants

CANCELLATION: Event may be cancelled or transferred to another date with 72 hours’ notice. You will be refunded your deposit in full. If the event is cancelled without 48 hour notice or the host fails to appear for the reservation, the deposit will not be available for refund.
