Come and enjoy “Battle of the Corporate Bands” at Bogies Bar in Westlake Village, CA on Tuesday, May 27th. Not only will the evening be filled with friendly competition, music, and corporate team building, but also a part of the proceeds goes to Shred Kids Cancer, a local charity for kids that help peers battle cancer.

Please register your corporate band online at www.BattleoftheCorporateBands.com and select a Tuesday that works for you and your coworkers. You can sign up for the first night on May 27th, or choose another Tuesday all the way through July 1st. Battle of Corporate Bands is sure to bring about a variety of good music and plenty of entertainment.

The grand prize winner will receive: $1,000 Guitar Center gift card, a spot playing at the 4th of July fireworks event at Westlake Village inn, a recorded song mastered by Dreamsmith Studios, and a band photo shoot also from Dreamsmith Studios.

If you don’t have a corporate band, come join in the fun at Bogies Bar and watch the battles and cheer for your favorites. Whether you know someone in the bands or not, the entertainment will be fantastic, as well as the atmosphere.

Guitar Center and Dreamsmith Studios, in conjunction with Bogie’s Nightclub, proudly presents “Battle of the Corporate Bands”, a friendly competition created to promote music and corporate team building in the Conejo Valley region. Rules for Band Entry

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Westlake Village Inn reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the event space will be charged to the Client.

Bogies will not assume any liability for theft or any other type of loss of personal property, which occurs prior to, during, or after your function.

As a licensee of the California State Liquor Commission, Bogies strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to the sales, consumption, and service of alcoholic beverages. In particular, sale to minors and intoxicated persons.

In the event of natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, or terrorist attack, any portion of the event that is booked in any outdoor area will be moved based on available space and at Bogies discretion.

ARRIVAL TIME: Set up times are available 1 hour prior to your guest invite time. Your space will be held up to 1 hour after your designated arrival time. Your space will be released without refund should you fail to arrive within 1 hour of your guest arrival time.

MINIMUM: You must meet your food and beverage minimum with all consumables purchased on one tab through your personal designated server. Menu selection and meal counts must be received 1 week prior to function date. No changes in meal counts will be accepted 72 hours prior to the event date. After your minimum has been met, you may order through your server with separate tabs. Gratuity is not included in your minimum.

GUEST LIST: Your event has been allotted a specific number of persons to be included on your complimentary guest list. Upon arrival, you and your guests must enter the VIP line and provide party name along with valid I.D. Once the guest list max has been reached, there will be a cover charge of $10 per person unless a hotel key is presented along with room number and name on hotel reservation. You may also provide a specific guest list with the names of those whom you wish to receive waived entry.

DRESS CODE: The club reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet dress code requirements. The following items will not be admitted; -T-shirts -Sports & Athletic Apparel -Sweatshirts & Sweatpants -Ill-fitting or Overly Rugged Clothing -Ball Caps -Flip flops -Sagging pants

CANCELLATION: Event may be cancelled or transferred to another date with 72 hours’ notice. You will be refunded your deposit in full. If the event is cancelled without 48 hour notice or the host fails to appear for the reservation, the deposit will not be available for refund.
