Armed with a powerful and affecting voice, compelling songs, and virtuoso guitar skills, Shawn Jones has been captivating his audiences for 25 years. Whether solo or with his blues/rock trio he’s been making his mark throughout the U.S., Ireland, United Kingdom and European Union. Shawn has five studio albums and one live album under his belt. Shawn will be opening for five-time Grammy winning legend Robert Cray on a 16 date theater tour the UK. Early on, he was managed by the late, great Waylon Jennings, which earned him the opportunity to tour and record with him. Shawn has shared bills with many renowned musicians, including B.B. Rosemary Butler & her band are back at Bogies for a great night of original music off her album, “You Just Watch Me,” and some choice covers, including many of the tunes she sang on. Rosemary Butler, the heroine of classic harmonies & rockin’ melodies, can hardly be compared to any other artist. See below for more info.

Rosemary gained popularity in the late 1970s & early '80s as a back-up singer appearing alongside talented artists including Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Jackson Browne, James Taylor, Paul McCartney, Carole King, Neil Diamond, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Kenny Loggins, Whitney Houston, Ray Charles and many other A-list superstars. Rosemary was the contractor & co-conductor of the 100 Voice Choir that was featured on Neil Young's ‘Living With War’ album & movie. The Superbowl, President Clinton’s Inauguration and The Grammy’s have all been graced with her unparalleled vocals. She won a “Telly” award for a compilation video of her performances with these artists created as an introspective look at her fascinating career.

Blessed with a 4-octave mezzo-soprano range, her vocal expertise is a technical marvel. She began her career playing the bass and singing in an all-girl Orange County based band called the “Ladybirds”. The band appeared on several L.A. area television shows & even opened for The Rolling Stones! She formed the all-female hard rock band “Birtha” that released two albums for ABC-Dunhill Records. Rosemary’s latest solo album, ‘YOU JUST WATCH ME’ was released in 2013, with the help of her friends, Kenny Loggins and Jackson Browne, which was met with great critical acclaim.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Westlake Village Inn reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the event space will be charged to the Client.

Bogies will not assume any liability for theft or any other type of loss of personal property, which occurs prior to, during, or after your function.

As a licensee of the California State Liquor Commission, Bogies strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to the sales, consumption, and service of alcoholic beverages. In particular, sale to minors and intoxicated persons.

In the event of natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, or terrorist attack, any portion of the event that is booked in any outdoor area will be moved based on available space and at Bogies discretion.

ARRIVAL TIME: Set up times are available 1 hour prior to your guest invite time. Your space will be held up to 1 hour after your designated arrival time. Your space will be released without refund should you fail to arrive within 1 hour of your guest arrival time.

MINIMUM: You must meet your food and beverage minimum with all consumables purchased on one tab through your personal designated server. Menu selection and meal counts must be received 1 week prior to function date. No changes in meal counts will be accepted 72 hours prior to the event date. After your minimum has been met, you may order through your server with separate tabs. Gratuity is not included in your minimum.

GUEST LIST: Your event has been allotted a specific number of persons to be included on your complimentary guest list. Upon arrival, you and your guests must enter the VIP line and provide party name along with valid I.D. Once the guest list max has been reached, there will be a cover charge of $10 per person unless a hotel key is presented along with room number and name on hotel reservation. You may also provide a specific guest list with the names of those whom you wish to receive waived entry.

DRESS CODE: The club reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet dress code requirements. The following items will not be admitted; -T-shirts -Sports & Athletic Apparel -Sweatshirts & Sweatpants -Ill-fitting or Overly Rugged Clothing -Ball Caps -Flip flops -Sagging pants

CANCELLATION: Event may be cancelled or transferred to another date with 72 hours’ notice. You will be refunded your deposit in full. If the event is cancelled without 48 hour notice or the host fails to appear for the reservation, the deposit will not be available for refund.
