The Hailers music will give you a sense of familiarity, taking the best elements of Melodic rock and bringing it into 2018 with a bang... You hear the Celtic influences of Simple Minds, harmonies of Fleetwood Mac, and the sultry psychedelic rock of Pink Floyd .

Robert “Lordhailer” Mills is the founding member and the drive behind the band. The Hailers originate from Cardiff, Wales where Robert has established an extensive list of album credits, television and featured films including performances with John Kay & Steppenwolf, Taj Mahal, Meic Stevens, Killing Time, National Anthem and Red Sharks. He was also the winning recipient of the Welsh Rock & Pop Awards for three consecutive years. The band’s British lineup had formerly included members from Mott the Hoople, Roger Daltrey ,Dave Edmunds, Lone Star and Alex Harvey .

The current American musical lineage of The Hailers features artists such as Scott Page on Saxophone, known for his work with Pink Floyd, Supertramp & Toto, Brian Chatton on keyboards, whose credits include Meatloaf, Phil Collins & Eric Burden. Billy DiBlasi on drums, who worked with Jack Wagner, John Schneider and Buck Page. Ron Guzek worked on tracks alongside Jon Anderson of YES & Bella Fleck; April Carson on bass, known for her presence in Misguided, Ron Keel’s Fair Game; and Patti Smith, backing vocals for The Marshall Tucker Band and the Allman Brothers.

David Garfield has had the same mission statement since moving from his hometown of St. Louis to Los Angeles as a teenager in the early 70s: “I make music.” Fully living up to this vision and in more expansive ways over the past few decades, the multi-talented keyboardist and musical Renaissance Man has established himself an eclectic force in popular music. At any given point during his career—and often at the same time—he has been a renowned songwriter, producer, bandleader (of Los Angeles based contemporary world jazz collective Karizma), arranger, recording artist, record label owner (Creatchy Records), session and touring musician, musical director and composer of various commissioned themes for global organizations.

Reflecting on his extraordinary, diverse career, the Los Angeles based Garfield says, “It’s creatively invigorating to have the opportunity to do so many interesting musical projects, to see so many amazing places throughout the world, and to work with some of the greatest musicians both in L.A. and overseas. I feel as though I am always learning from the artists and musicians I work with, not simply on a musical level, but also benefiting from their wealth of stories and life and career experiences. There are always unexpected thrills along the way, from opening with his band for Sergio Mendez or Jason Mraz to recording in a studio next to Paul McCartney or Alice in Chains and having the opportunity to meet and get to know them. I love being involved in so many different aspects of music and the feeling that I truly never know what’s coming up next.

Greg Adams is the driving force behind East Bay Soul. The expansive ensemble is a blend of Funk Jazz, R&B and Soul. East Bay Soul with a most soulful ensemble creates a union that has been nothing short of musical wizardry. Their extraordinary combined talents all bring incredible energy to the music with heart and soul.  East Bay Soul is dedicated to a singular vision of bringing their brand of funk and the magic of their live performance into every note they play.

Adams is a founding member of Tower Of Power, Grammy and Emmy nominated arranger and trumpet player -Legendary for the arrangements that made the TOP horn section a sought out entity all its own. Beginning early with his arrangements on Santana’s “Everything Is Everything”, Elton John’s “The Bitch Is Back”, Chaka Kahn’s “Fool’s Paradise”, Little Feat’s “High Roller”, and Heart’s “Tell It like It Is” to name a very few.

“The best part” says Adams, “was putting the band together and building a sound unique to our style and creating a group that was more like brothers.  We have the perfect person in Darryl Walker for lead vocals and the horn section breathes as one.  Herman Matthews drives the bus and the rhythm section is just so tight, they can play it all!  These are some of the best musicians that I have ever worked with!”
